UV disinfection system is an advanced Ultraviolet Water Disinfection System that provides disinfected drinking water for years to come and has been designed with high quality construction and innovative features.

Sterilization of water using ultraviolet light at a wavelength at 254nm is a chemical free way of destroying the DNA of microorganisms rendering them unable to replicate or cause infection. The flow chamber design utilizes the energy from the ultraviolet Lamp evenly across the water flow. Installation of the system is straight forward and simple. Maintenance includes changing the lamp once a year and cleaning the quartz sleeve periodically.

Following table outlines the basic parameters that need to be test and treated should your water fall outside these parameters. An additional 5 micron sediment and housing is recommended as a minimum pretreatment to guard against any large particles that may mask the ultraviolet light and also assist with startup procedure.

Lamp life: 8000-9000 hours of operation, approximate 12 months of continuous service.

Quartz sleeve need to be cleaned each half year and replacement between 1.5 – 2 years.

General operation and maintenance:

To clean the quartz sleeve every 6-12 months, replace every 24 months.

Replace UV lamp every 12 months to keep best sterilization performance.

Device is packing and shipping by international standard shipping package.

Lamps and quartz sleeves will be well packed before shipping out. However, they are fragile items, and still have a little possibility to suffer damage due to rough handing in transportation. Please check them in first time when package is received. if any unexpected happened, please contact us immediately, we will arrange resend replacement.
